Gong Xi Fa Cai | Happy Chinese New Year
2012 is the Year of the Dragon and to celebrate, Chinese art will be on display at Parmelia House and a free event will be held at 235 St Georges Terrace.
On Wednesday 1 and Thursday 2 February, Parmelia House will feature artwork from various Chinese artists. Visit the foyer between 11am and 2pm daily and see a traditional calligraphy artist at work. Click here for more info.
On Friday 3 February, 235 St Georges Terrace offers you the opportunity to experience Chinese art and culture. With art featured in the foyer from 11am, free dim sum will be served from 12 noon until 1pm. Then from 4pm, enjoy dim sum and wine from Howard Park Wines, plus watch the traditional lion and dragon performance by the WA Chin Woo Athletic Association. For more details, click here.
