On Site Building Management
Hawaiian has a Facility Manager (FM) appointed to liaise with tenants on a daily basis. This role is a liaison point between tenants and the broader Hawaiian team. Our FM is able to effectively take details from tenants and management and ensure efficient handling of requests and instructions.
Local Head Office
Hawaiian's head office is located at 235 St Georges Tce and only minutes away from London House on foot and has a fully equiped management team to deal with all tenant requests. Your Management team includes an Asset Manager, Property Manager, Marketing Manager and Lease Administration Manager all in addition to your on site FM, Commissionare and Cleaners. Our team is here to assist you with all your queries.

Annual Research
As part of a commitment to ongoing enhancements and efficiencies, each year Hawaiian undertakes a research exercise to gather feedback from tenants. This research aims to identify ways and means to improve the management team’s activities for each building. This information is actively utilised in planning the ongoing management strategies for the building.
